Good Evening Everyone,
At our Special Meeting that was on Tuesday, September 1st, the present quorum decided that Local 4045 would donate $2000 to the family that has hosted an annual Chili Competition, that has benefited our Benevolence Fund in past years, for this years event. The family had ran into some funding challenges, with one of the primary benefactors of the event, being diagnosed with cancer. Our Local will be donating this money to pay for the costs and prizes that are associated with hosting the event.
In doing so, we are looking for interested members to participate in the competition as judges. The event will be held at the residence of Krista Noyes @ 321 E Putter Ave, in Post Falls on September 20th, from noon to 1500. If you're interested, please contact Krista, at numbers that are in a file attached to this annoucement.
